We went to Holland (Netherlands) on Tuesday. We stopped outside Amsterdam at a cheese making farm. They also make clogs there as well, one of only 4 makers of hand made wooden shoes. The owner put on a great demonstration on how cheese was made and also how they make the shoes. Above is one of the 100 year old copying machines used in producing the shoes.
